Some pictures of the ceremony of recognizing 3 trees in Ha Trung - Thanh Hoa as Vietnamese Heritage Trees

On April 6, 2024, the Government and people of Ha Lai commune solemnly organized a Welcoming Ceremony to recognize 3 ancient trees in Ha Lai commune as Vietnamese Heritage Trees.

The 3 trees recognized as Vietnamese Heritage Trees in Ha Lai commune this time include: the banyan tree (Ficus benghalensis L.) over 170 years old located in the campus of Ha Lai Secondary School, Mau Yen 2 village along with the banyan tree (Ficus benghalensis L.) over 120 years old and the Bang tree (Terminalia catappa L.) over 150 years old in the premises of Mau Temple,  Van Co village. All 3 trees are still green and protected by local people and the school.

Prof. Dr. People's Teacher Tran Hieu Nhue, Vice President of Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment attended and presented the certificate of recognition of Vietnam Heritage Tree to local representatives.
