This is the 3rd expanded Standing Meeting of VACNE this year, to finalize the content of the documents and submit them to the Ministry of Interior; thoughtfully organized the Eighth Congress and the 35th anniversary of the Association.

After listening to the President and representatives of the Association's Office about the content of the meeting, the delegates expressed their excitement at the results achieved; agreed to hold the Eighth Congress, along with the 35th anniversary of VACNE on November 26, 2023, at the Hanoi Palace of Intellectuals.

At this important meeting, delegates agreed with the content of the Draft Report of the Board of Directors of the VII session (term 2018 – 2023) and the direction of tasks of the Association from 2023 to 2028; and contents relating to the preparation of the VIII Congress. This is also the content, after consulting the direction of VUSTA leaders (March 8) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (April 18, 2023).

It is expected that the Eighth Congress of VACNE will have about 150 delegates and about 20 guests attending

Many programs of activities to prepare for the VIII Congress and Celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Association, such as: art preparation, award consideration procedures, receiving medals, book publishing, painting exhibitions, photos, film construction, Video clips... were also discussed and assigned specifically by delegates at this meeting./.
