In her opening speech, Ms. Duong Thi Hoai, President of Duy Minh commune People's Committee confirmed two Bodhi Trees are an indispensable part of the Chuông village, Duy Minh commune, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province. Overcoming time, the trees still stands proudly, shady sheltered for the villagers. Thus, the event that two ancient Bodhi trees were recognized as Vietnam Heritage Trees is the honor of the local population. In his speech, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, President of VACNE highly values of 2 Bodhi trees on the village Temple and said, these are the most beautiful and large Bodhi trees of Vietnam. They deserves to be in the ranks of the valuable trees in our country, such as multicast tree of thousand years old, ranked No. 1 in the world, is in Bac Giang province, that will be honored as Vietnam Heritage Trees in the next month.
