Dak Lak: Painting contest on environmental protection in 2024

(VACNE) - On October 8, responding to the program "Making the world cleaner in 2024", the Nature and Environment Protection Association of Dak Lak province in collaboration with Le Loi Primary School (Quang Phu town, Cu M'gar district) organized a painting contest on environmental protection in 2024.

 

The students excitedly participated in the contest to quickly answer questions
about environmental protection.

At the contest, students were informed about environmental protection; conducted quick answers to 15 questions on basic knowledge of environmental protection; drawing contest on topics around current environmental issues such as climate change, natural disasters, deforestation for farming, waste causing environmental pollution; conducting waste classification and creating products from recycled materials...

 

 Students participate in painting.

 

The contest is a practical and meaningful activity to raise awareness, equip students with knowledge and skills about environmental protection and climate change response in schools.

Students proceed to classify waste.

 

This is also an opportunity for students to show their interests, talents, and artistic creativity, a healthy and useful playground for them after school, fostering for students to love and respect nature, love their families, schools, etc  homeland, country, environmentally friendly attitude; to build practical actions on environmental protection, so that each student is both a person with a sense of environmental protection and an active propagandist to mobilize their families, relatives and society to join hands to protect the environment and respond to climate change. .

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes and took souvenir photos with students with high achievements at the contest.

 

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Hoang Ngoc Uyen Nhi, a student of class 2A; The second prize belonged to Nguyen Ngoc Thom, a student of class 5D and Nguyen Linh Dan, a student of class 1A. The Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Third Prizes and 3 Consolation Prizes to students with good and impressive works.
