On the basis of assessing the favorable trend, green transformation is increasingly prevalent with the approach from the perspective of new economic theory, in the context that VACNE has published many books on environment, experts agreed with the proposal of the Association: it is necessary to urgently organize the compilation and publication of documents on natural resources contributing to the strategic planning and policies on natural resources and environment in the coming time.

Prof. Dr. Truong Quang, Prof. Dr. Dang Trung Thuan, Assoc. Dr. Nguyen The Chinh, Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Chu Hoi, Assoc. Dr. Tran Khac Hiep, Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Danh Son,... all expressed their enthusiasm to participate in the compilation of documents, and at the same time contributed many important opinions on the selection of book titles, the subjects of the book as well as issues related to the content of each part and each content of the draft outline.

Representatives of the Association's Office expressed their determination to create the best conditions for experts to quickly start work.

The atmosphere of the meeting, as substantive as the discussion took place urgently, was very quality. The participants congratulated the success of the Eighth Congress and were impressed with the 35th Anniversary of the Association (26/11/1988-26-11/2023).
