11 May 2024 | 07:51:00 AM

(VACNE) - May 9, 2024, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, President of Vietnam Environmental Protection Association received courtesy of the Korean BJC Biological Company delegation led by Director Choi Yong Seol, to work with Office 701 (Ministry of Defense) in Hanoi.

This is a partner of VACNE, which has successfully coordinated the implementation of the test method of detoxification of dioxin residues in the soil after the war, at A Luoi airport (Thua Thien – Hue) with Korean microbiological strains and connected with the authorities of our country, to cooperate in implementing this task elsewhere in Vietnam.

At the reception Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh expressed his hope that the connection between the two sides would be effective, so that BJC would continue to implement dioxin retention in the soil after the war in Vietnam using microbiological technology on a wider scale. This is a practical activity, aiming to remove difficulties for the community, contributing to promoting socio-economic development for many localities, in line with the trend of expanding cooperation between the two countries.

In the afternoon of the same day, the President and Chief of VACNE Office and the delegation of BJC Biological Company of Korea met with experts from Office 701 of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam./.
