On June 17, 2010 the Institute of Resources, Environment and Biotechnology (IREB) - Hue University organized an interim workshop of the project FLC 09-04 “Community-based adaptation to climate change and policy linkages in Thua Thien Hue province” to assess the results of the first year implementation funded by the Embassy of Finland in Vietnam.
A 3-day training course in radio interviewing and editing was conducted in Van Hung last week, as part of MCD’s awareness campaign on the links between environmental conservation and sustainable livelihood.

A conference aimed at improving the living-standards of millions of women working in the fisheries industry throughout Southeast Asia opened in Ha Noi yesterday.
MCD organised training workshop Socioeconomic Monitoring for Coastal Resource Management in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa) from June 16-19, 2009. The conference aims to provide the participants with the basic concept of socioeconomic assessment and monitoring (SocMon).

(VACNE) – These are 2 green cypress trees more than 300 years old with chemical name Calocedrus macrolepis Kurz solemnly held by Ba Vi National Park Management Board to announce the decision of Vietnam Heritage Tree on the morning of February 27, 2024.
