Faculty of Environment (Hanoi National University) - A Branch of VACNE was awarded the First Class Labor Medal by the State President

(VACNE) - The Department of Environment, University of Natural Sciences, Hanoi National University has just celebrated the 15th anniversary of its establishment and received the First Class Labor Medal awarded by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoan Hai, Deputy Director of Hanoi National University was authorized to award the First Class Labor Medal awarded by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
According to the report of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Manh Khai, Dean of the Faculty, over the past 25 years, the Faculty of Environment has become a leading training institution of high quality and prestige at home and abroad. Currently, the Faculty of Environment has 54 teaching staff and specialists including 1 Professor, 12 Associate Professors, 23 Doctors. The percentage of lecturers with postgraduate degrees reaches 100%, with doctoral degrees accounting for 90% of the total number of teaching staff. Up to now, the Faculty has trained thousands of bachelors, over 1000 masters and more than 70 doctors.
On behalf of VACNE, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, President of the Association awarded certificates of merit to 7 individuals working in the Faculty, for many contributions in scientific research and teaching in the field of nature and environment protection; regularly having positive and effective relationships with the Central Association.
Hundreds of students and alumni of the Faculty also joined and enjoyed this event.
