The ceremony was attended by Associate Professor Dr Nguyen Trung Minh, Director General of the Vietnam Museum of Nature; Dr Doan Dinh Hung, Director of the Centre for Geology and Environment, Vietnam Museum of Nature; Mr Nguyen Dinh Quang, Vice Chairman of Phu Dong Commune People's Committee, along with representatives of the offices, departments, organisations, and associations of Phu Dong Commune, as well as a large number of local residents.
