It is known that the planned integration of 7 types of licenses related to the environment into a "generic" license from the beginning has many different opinions. The types of permits planned for integration include: Certificate of completion of environmental protection works; Permit to discharge wastewater into water sources; Permit to discharge water into irrigation works; Certificate of eligibility for environmental protection in import of scrap for use as raw production materials; Hazardous waste disposal license; Register of hazardous waste source owner; and License to discharge industrial emissions.

News from the VNA and the Environmental Resources newspaper said that on the morning of September 4, at the Congress of the National Assembly delegates working on a full-time basis, the delegates still discussed this integration, accordingly, the Environmental License will include 7 categories as mentioned above or not include permits for wastewater discharge into irrigation works.

Responding to the question of VTV reporter, Professor Dang Kim Chi said that the integration is in line with the general trend, that it is possible to minimize similar contents between types of licenses and in general, can bring advantages. for regulators and businesses.
