Raising awareness on protection of natural resources and marine environment

Recently, the Environmental Protection Fund of Vietnam and the Vietnamese General Vo Viet Chung Company Limited have organized a Signing Ceremony of Cooperation Agreement of "Blue Ocean World” project in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
 
 


 

This project is aimed at raising public awareness on the protection of natural resources and the marine environment through the activities of people who are working in the field of arts. The project focuses on the following activities: integrating knowledge of the marine environment for students in schools, organizing community campaigns for the environment such as painting contest, jogging for environment.

At the ceremony, Mr. Bui Cach Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment said that the influence of those who are working in the art field will help raise awareness about ocean knowledge as well as help the project work effectively in the future. Mr Vo Viet Chung urged people act together before it is too late. Let us join hands together to make sea become clean and greener. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Bamboo Village resort (Mui Ne-Phan Thiet), an event which aims to making the sea clean and protect environment will be organized with the participation of Mr Vo Viet Chung, Ms. Ngo Thanh Loan, CEO of Bamboo Village and four ambassadors of Blue Ocean World and many artists and models.
